Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business Administration or another relevant field
Postgraduate degree completed or in progress in people management or related areas
Advanced Excel
Knowledge and experience across all HR subsystems
Generalist experience in Development, Compensation, Organizational Culture and related areas
Experience leading strategic projects
Preferred:
Familiarity with HR management tools and organizational strategy frameworks
Intermediate English
Analytical and data skills
Sense of urgency, systemic and strategic vision, and a collaborative working approach
