Role Overview
- Drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial contracts, especially leases and service agreements.
- Drafting notifications, reviewing documents and issuing legal opinions.
- Understanding the companies' economic and legal context with a business-focused perspective.
Requirements
- Law degree and active registration with the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB).
- Proficient with Windows and Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook).
- Knowledge of the Brazilian Tenancy/Lease Law (Lei de Locação) is a plus.
