Take charge of client invoicing, payment follow-up and customer account reconciliations, ensuring data accuracy and adherence to payment deadlines
Prepare and file monthly VAT returns as well as French local tax filings, in compliance with legal requirements
Manage import/export declarations and act as the primary contact with French customs
Monitor daily cash flows in close collaboration with the Accounts Payable team
Handle bank deposits, expense reports and petty cash
Actively participate in monthly closings and group reporting, meeting deadlines and financial transparency requirements

University degree with training in accounting and taxation
Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar accounting or finance role
Strong Excel skills and proven experience with accounting ERPs (Oracle and SAP required – both systems are currently used)
Good level of English, enabling daily communication with international stakeholders
High level of accuracy, reliability and ability to work to deadlines
