Support the Regional Office in driving commercial performance and business development initiatives
Monitor commercial performance and support business reviews
Analyze sales performance and identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities
Develop and improve dashboards and reporting tools
Support Sales Managers in identifying and developing new business opportunities
Assist in the development of intermodal solutions
Contribute to the development and improvement of commercial tools and performance tracking systems
Monitor market trends and external factors impacting business performance
Consolidate market insights and translate them into actionable recommendations
Work closely with experienced Sales Managers and local teams

European citizens aged 18 to 28 years old
Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or related field
Strong interest in business development, commercial performance, and growth strategy
Solid analytical skills
Good command of Excel and PowerPoint
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, demanding, and evolving environment
Strong organizational skills
Proactive mindset, curiosity, and willingness to learn and grow
Results driven and deadline-oriented
Team player with strong collaboration skills
Fluent English (French or another European language is a plus)
