Maintain accurate records and follow up consistently to maximise conversion

Proven success in a B2B sales role, ideally within a consultative or solution-led environment
Strong understanding of digital marketing, including paid social, display, video, and websites
Confident in winning new business through outbound activity and relationship building
Comfortable selling to business owners and decision makers, both in person and virtually
Strong communication and influencing skills with a natural ability to build rapport
Able to manage and grow existing client accounts for long-term value
Self-motivated, target-driven, and resilient
Passionate about helping local businesses succeed and grow
Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle for client meetings
Able to travel across your territory and attend the office as required
