You operate at the heart of the energy IT landscape and take responsibility for business-critical processes: utility system environments & processes, market communication, billing & invoicing, energy data management, device & meter processes, and data provision for reporting & analytics.
You operate, monitor, and stabilize modern job-scheduling and workload automation platforms.
You ensure compliance with agreed SLAs for our customers.
You work in accordance with ITIL within incident, problem, and change processes.
Requirements
Several years of experience in workload automation (Automic/UC4 and/or RunMyJobs)
Ideally a strong understanding of energy-industry batch and background processes
Proficient with scripting languages
Experience with SAP job scheduling and interfaces
Knowledge of monitoring, logging, and performance tuning
