You will play a key role on Accenture’s Global Protection & Security (GP&S) team.
You will advise our leaders in Germany and the Central & Eastern Europe region on all matters related to physical security, crisis management, threat assessments, and travel security.
Coordinate all security-related measures during crises and emergencies.
Conduct regular site inspections, risk analyses, and security reviews.
Analyze security-related incidents and reports and carry out structured risk assessments.
Maintain a broad network of contacts across different functions.
Provide travel risk advice and develop security concepts for events.
Requirements
Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in corporate security, protective and security services, government agencies, or armed forces—ideally in an international environment.
Practical experience in crisis and emergency management as well as physical security; experience in investigations, incident management, or security assessments is a plus.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to manage complex, sensitive situations with confidence, a solution-oriented mindset, and discretion.
High responsiveness and the ability to rapidly switch between projects and priorities to meet time-critical tasks and to gain valuable insights through collaboration and communication.
Proficient with common Office applications (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
High willingness to travel (approx. 40% travel); willingness to work outside typical office hours and to be available 24/7 as required by the role.
Excellent spoken and written English; additional languages are an advantage.
Industry-recognized local and international security certifications are a plus.
