Efficiently manage all daily external client communication relating to active briefs through production.
Coordinate and manage all internal communications related to client activity, collaborating with development, creative, and production teams to ensure timely updates and alignment.
Lead the project management of all internal partners to respect Twelve’s expected response times and client’s ASL’s.
Track and cultivate new business activity, regularly engaging with prospective clients to develop partnerships and identify growth opportunities, and providing weekly status updates to stakeholders.
Continuously nurture and strengthen new business relationships to secure long-term partnerships through in-person meetings, calls, and consistent follow-ups.
Define and implement tailored client strategies to identify opportunities for growth, address client-specific challenges, and exceed sales and account targets.
Proactively identify and analyze needs, gaps, and areas of opportunity to capture within the client’s supply base to generate additional opportunities for Twelve.
Lead RFP and tender submissions, leveraging internal resources to deliver compelling, competitive proposals and secure new opportunities.
Monitor industry trends and client feedback to inform strategy, maintain a competitive edge, and ensure Twelve’s solutions remain relevant and impactful.

4yrs+ experience in a similar role within the beauty, fashion, or luxury industry
Highly analytical with the ability to think strategically and be a confident decision-maker
Ability to travel within the EU
Fluency in English, with additional languages, is a bonus (French, Spanish, Italian, Mandarin, or Cantonese)
Ability to manage multiple clients and multiple tasks efficiently in a professional and respectful manner
