Role Overview
- Maintenance and support of customers' existing IT infrastructures
- Project management, including planning, execution and quality assurance of customer projects
- Implementation of virtualization solutions to optimize IT infrastructure
- Participation in the Managed Services team with prospective ownership of product responsibilities
- Support and troubleshooting as part of 3rd level service to resolve issues and ensure IT operations
Requirements
- Completed vocational training in an IT occupation or a degree in computer science
- Relevant professional experience in the administration of networks and infrastructure solutions
- Excellent knowledge of the Microsoft environment (client/server)
- Goal-oriented and structured working style
- Strong communication skills
- High willingness to travel and strong commitment
- Confident professional demeanor
- Motivation to learn and develop in this area
