Responsible for expanding and further developing our sales activities — initially in Switzerland, with a medium-term view to international expansion.
Design and implement Go-to-Market strategies.
Build sustainable partnerships and position vlot as the leading B2B platform for financial wellbeing in the market.
Actively acquire new business opportunities and grow the vlot B2B customer base.
Responsible for the development of sales tools, KPIs, monitoring and reporting.
Requirements
Completed degree (Bachelor or Master) or equivalent qualification (FH / HWV)
Minimum 5 years of professional experience in the insurance or financial services sector with demonstrable success in sales, business development or product management (life insurance, brokerage, pension funds, asset management)
Technical affinity (Fintech / InsurTech) and ideally experience in omnichannel sales (pension funds, brokers, tied agents)
Understanding of the European insurance and financial markets and an interest in startups and digitalization
Strong conceptual and presentation skills (especially PowerPoint)
Experience with project management tools (e.g., Monday) and CRM systems
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Languages: Fluent in Swiss German and English; knowledge of at least one additional language (Italian, French or Spanish) required
