Deliver first-level IT support and troubleshooting assistance to end-users.
Assist in day-to-day operations of IT infrastructure.
Assist in the installation, and maintenance of hardware and software components for end-users.
Deploy the approved updates/patches for Desktops / Laptops to meet changes in information technology.
Monitor the behavior of the End-Users Devices for vulnerability prevention.
Updates accurate IT documentation of system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps.
Maintain accurate records of IT assets and their lifecycle.

Good experience with Operating Systems Environment (Windows and Linux)
Good experience with LAN and WAN Networks Technologies (TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP,,…).
Good knowledge with Microsoft 365 Applications.
Good knowledge with cloud computing systems (Microsoft Azure and Amazon Web Services (AWS)).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a willingness to learn from feedback.
