Role Overview
- Independently conduct complex compliance investigations
- Develop and execute risk-based compliance monitoring plans
- Analyze investigation findings and monitoring results
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders for seamless integration of outcomes
- Serve as a knowledgeable resource to team colleagues
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Finance or related field
- 12 years of experience in Law, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, and Health Care Compliance
- Master's Degree and 10 years of experience are preferred
- Certified Compliance & Ethics Professional (CCEP), Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE), or Certification in Healthcare Compliance (CHC) preferred
- Deep knowledge of the medical device and life sciences regulatory landscape
- Proven ability to conduct thorough, impartial investigations
- Strong data interpretation skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish (or Portuguese)
