Manager, Clinical Education

Role Overview

• Educate physicians and healthcare professionals (HCPs) on the safe and effective use of Edwards Tricuspid Transcatheter Edge to Edge Repair (T-TEER) device through didactic presentations and hands-on training
• Share Tricuspid Transcatheter Edge to Edge Repair (T-TEER) device imaging and procedure expertise and clinical insights with physicians, HCPs and internal stakeholders
• Identify and analyze ongoing training needs while contributing to the development and revision of training plans and programs that meet the changing needs and priorities of HCPs, hospitals and Edwards in partnership with key stakeholders
• Drive process improvements to enhance program effectiveness and stakeholder satisfaction across content and education
• Provide coaching and mentorship to less-experienced colleagues to support clinical education delivery and field readiness

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in related field
• 8 years experience of previous related medical device and/or clinical experience or equivalent work experience based on Edwards criteria Required or Master's Degree or equivalent in related field
• 6 years experience of previous related medical device and/or clinical experience or equivalent work experience based on Edwards criteria
• Travel up to 75% nationwide
