- Experience leading around the clock NOC and SOC teams
- Experience troubleshooting enterprise network infrastructure
- Experience with IP routing concepts and protocols
- Experience with Layer 2 networking concepts
- Experience with network security technologies
- Ability to troubleshoot network outages
- Secret clearance
- HS diploma or GED
