Role Overview
- Lead end-to-end delivery of telecom and digital infrastructure projects, ensuring alignment with technical, financial, and quality objectives.
- Initially manage the OTDR rollout project, coordinating field, NOC, and integration teams to achieve milestones.
- Plan and monitor project activities using standard PMO tools and frameworks (schedules, risk registers, KPIs).
- Coordinate multi-disciplinary teams, external partners, and subcontractors to ensure smooth execution.
- Manage budget control, resource planning, and procurement tracking across assigned projects.
- Oversee project documentation, reporting, and client communications.
- Ensure compliance with project governance, standards, and quality control.
- Support the continuous improvement of PMO processes and contribute to digital project reporting systems.
- Provide input into bids, proposals, and new project planning when needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in **Electrical, Electronic, or Telecommunications Engineering, **ideally.
- Approx. 5–7 years of experience in project management in a technical or engineering environment.
- Proficiency in PM tools like MS Project, Jira, Asana or other.
- Familiarity with engineering workflows and acceptance testing.
- Strong analytical skills in reporting, cost control, and risk assessment.
- Excellent communication, organizational and leadership skills.
- Proactive problem-solving ability with attention to detail.
- Fluency in Greek and English (oral and written).
