Project Manager – Tech, Telecom Projects

Role Overview

• Lead end-to-end delivery of telecom and digital infrastructure projects, ensuring alignment with technical, financial, and quality objectives.
• Initially manage the OTDR rollout project, coordinating field, NOC, and integration teams to achieve milestones.
• Plan and monitor project activities using standard PMO tools and frameworks (schedules, risk registers, KPIs).
• Coordinate multi-disciplinary teams, external partners, and subcontractors to ensure smooth execution.
• Manage budget control, resource planning, and procurement tracking across assigned projects.
• Oversee project documentation, reporting, and client communications.
• Ensure compliance with project governance, standards, and quality control.
• Support the continuous improvement of PMO processes and contribute to digital project reporting systems.
• Provide input into bids, proposals, and new project planning when needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in **Electrical, Electronic, or Telecommunications Engineering, **ideally.
• Approx. 5–7 years of experience in project management in a technical or engineering environment.
• Proficiency in PM tools like MS Project, Jira, Asana or other.
• Familiarity with engineering workflows and acceptance testing.
• Strong analytical skills in reporting, cost control, and risk assessment.
• Excellent communication, organizational and leadership skills.
• Proactive problem-solving ability with attention to detail.
• Fluency in Greek and English (oral and written).
