Role Overview
- Serve as a point of contact for employee relations matters
- Counsels and guides business leaders through challenging conversations
- Assist in the performance appraisal process
- Maintain accurate employee records
- Prepare HR reports and metrics
- Assist in the development of HR policies and procedures
- Utilize HR information systems to maintain records
- Supervise non-exempt employees and provide additional training
- Document system changes and ensure procedures are up to date
Requirements
- 4 Year / Bachelors Degree
- 6-8 years of well-rounded experience in human resources
- 1-3 years of experience overseeing human resource operations
- Excellent conflict resolution skills
- Proficient knowledge of HR practices and employment law
- Must have a thorough working knowledge of HR systems, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
