Qbiz Inc. is a boutique data consultancy that assists organizations in improving their data management and usage. They are seeking a driven Sales Development Representative to generate pipeline, engage prospective clients, and create new business opportunities, while building the outbound sales function from the ground up.
Responsibilities:
- Own outbound prospecting across email, LinkedIn, and other channels
- Identify and engage target accounts and key decision-makers
- Qualify leads and schedule meetings for senior sales team members
- Partner with marketing to sharpen messaging and test new campaigns
- Track activity and performance metrics in CRM
- Help build and iterate on the SDR playbook as you learn what works
Requirements:
- 6+ months of SDR or outbound sales experience (preferably in B2B or professional services)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Self-starter who's comfortable with ambiguity and building from scratch
- Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or SalesLoft
- Curious about data, analytics, or technology (you don't need to be an expert, but you should want to learn!)
