Role Overview
- Ensure the quality of products and services delivered to customers
- Improve quality performance across both sites
- Deploy and lead the Quality policy and France Quality Management System (ISO 9001 certified)
- Ensure implementation of control plans and product traceability
- Coordinate the handling of internal and external non-conformities
- Assess and reduce quality risks
- Prepare, communicate and analyze quality performance indicators
- Manage and maintain certifications/approvals for both sites
- Manage and lead the Quality teams at both sites
Requirements
- Engineering degree or Master's in Quality
- Proven experience required in Quality leadership within an industrial/manufacturing environment
- Hands-on experience with a Quality Management System (ISO 9001) appreciated
- Professional working proficiency in English desired (B2 level)
- Proficiency in Quality tools and problem-solving methodologies (notably 8D)
- Ability to perform risk analysis
- Ability to develop action plans
- Experience driving and monitoring Quality performance
