Site visits & closing: You conduct on-site appointments with prospects in Berlin — and coordinate team members in other cities to perform local walkthroughs.
Funnel management: CRM hygiene, disciplined follow-up and conversion tracking are your responsibility — you always know the status of every lead.
Customer communication: You hold conversations that build trust — by phone, video and in person.
Market intelligence: You provide structured market feedback to the CCO and the product team — objections, buying motives and competitor observations.
Requirements
Sales experience: You have initial experience in B2B sales — ideally with direct customer contact and responsibility for closing deals.
First successes matter more than years on a CV.
Execution-minded: You don’t wait for the perfect process — you build it as you run.
Strong communicator: You run conversations that convince — by phone, video and in person. German at C2 level is required; English is a plus.
Organized: You keep track of many open deals and reliably coordinate field appointments across different cities.
Market affinity: Real estate or PropTech experience is not required, but you should be eager to learn the industry quickly.
High performance: You have demonstrably achieved top performance in at least one dimension — professionally, academically or in sport.
