Lead the planning and execution of strategic client engagements, ensuring executive readiness and stakeholder alignment
Design and conduct analyses to assess internal and client-driven opportunities (e.g., partnerships, products, solutions)
Synthesize findings into clear, actionable recommendations and present to senior leadership
Manage multiple strategic initiatives, tracking outcomes and driving progress
Mentor and coach junior team members, sharing best practices and building business acumen
Play a key role in shaping and building the Strategic Enablement team’s operating model and infrastructure, ensuring the function is positioned for long-term success and impact.
Requirements
Minimum of 8 years related work experience
Prior experience in strategy consulting, financial analysis, or client relationship management preferred
Undergraduate degree required
Advanced degree (MBA, MS, etc.) preferred
Strong analytical, conceptual thinking, and executive communication skills
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and drive outcomes in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
Demonstrated ability to collaborate across interdependent teams and influence stakeholders.
