Lead the functional workstream of implementation projects, acting as the primary point of contact for clients on solution design, configuration, and deployment decisions.
Conduct business process analysis and translate client operational and strategic goals into well-documented solution designs for Intapp software.
Deliver tailored product training to client stakeholders on configured solutions, ensuring they are equipped to adopt and sustain the platform.
Produce clear, organised design documentation that captures configuration decisions and supports both client teams and internal delivery colleagues.
Collaborate across Intapp functions — including Support, Customer Success, and Product — to share knowledge, maintain implementation collateral, and contribute to continuous improvement.

Demonstrated experience as a consultant or business analyst, with a track record of delivering complex software implementations or business transformation projects.
A strong understanding of practice management, operations, or finance-related business activities within professional services firms.
Experience with conflicts management processes, or direct familiarity with Intapp Compliance software — this is a significant advantage.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to produce clear documentation and engage credibly with senior client stakeholders.
The discipline and flexibility to manage multiple concurrent projects independently, prioritising effectively in a remote working environment.
Emotional intelligence and interpersonal confidence, with a collaborative approach and the maturity to navigate complex business relationships.
