Strategic Sales & Market Presence: Together with the sales team, you actively drive expansion within the municipal, healthcare, retail, hospitality, and transport sectors. You develop existing customer relationships, acquire new strategic accounts, and manage complex sales cycles with a strong closing focus and a deep understanding of the Italian market.
Tender Excellence & Process Integrity: You analyze the structure of tenders and public procurement procedures to develop efficient, legally compliant processes for the Italian market. Requirements
Entrepreneurial Mindset & Leadership Experience: You bring several years of experience in the Italian B2B environment and have successfully driven above-average growth, developed teams, and scaled business units in a senior leadership role.
Industry Insight & Strategic Foresight: You understand complex business models at the intersection of technology, operational implementation, and scaling. Ideally, you bring experience from the mobility, smart city, SaaS, or real estate sectors.
Regulatory Understanding & Tender Experience: You are intimately familiar with the specifics of the Italian market and have successfully navigated tenders or public procurement procedures. You possess both technical expertise and an intuition for efficient, sustainable processes.
Linguistic & Cultural Proficiency: You communicate in Italian at a native level and are business-fluent in English. This enables you to build local trust while acting confidently in an international environment. Knowledge of German is a plus but not a requirement.
Strong Communication & Diplomatic Skills: You move confidently between local market realities and an international corporate context. With a high degree of reliability and clear communication, you create alignment between diverse stakeholders and serve as a strong bridge between Italy and the DACH organization.
