Role Overview
- Overview all the data related tasks
- Ensure all the recordings exist for each component
- Collect and organise the data in an easily accessible way
- Manage data distribution on multiple sites
- Be aware of data recording restrictions by country
- Manage annotations either by creating tools or organising campaigns
- Extract meta data from datasets
- Help prepare the data for more sophisticated ML models
Requirements
- Good knowledge of Python, Bash, Docker, Docker-compose
- Knowledge of SQL to create a DB where the data will be stored and organised
- Very organised person used to work with huge amounts of data
- Experience on an ML framework like TensorFlow, Keras, and PyTorch will be a plus
- Prefer at least bachelors degree level in a science or engineering discipline. Masters or doctorate advantageous
