Advising employers on employee and corporate events – from initial inquiry through to final implementation
Developing tailored event concepts and proposals, conducting sales meetings, and managing the process through to contract signing
Providing professional customer support by phone, email and digitally, and building long-term client relationships
Actively acquiring new event locations and partners, maintaining existing contacts and expanding the network
Working independently, in a structured and goal-oriented way in a remote setting; onboarding in Munich, Steinsee and Fuerteventura
Requirements
Strong sales aptitude with proven experience in sales
Strong consulting, communication and closing skills
Relevant professional experience in the tourism, hotel or event sectors, or in a comparable commercial or sales-related role
Solid commercial understanding with experience in pricing proposals, contract closing, active account development and regular use of CRM and ERP systems
Self-driven, organized and motivated to work remotely from the Canary Islands
Open, professional and service-oriented demeanor
Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken.
