You act as a point of contact across various channels (phone, email, digital) and ensure an excellent customer experience
You handle customer inquiries independently – from consultation to implementation
You explain complex topics clearly and in a way tailored to the target audience
You actively contribute to the development of our services and processes
Requirements
Completed vocational training, a university degree, or relevant experience in customer advisory, insurance, banking, financial services, or customer service
Enjoy working with people and providing advisory support
Structured, independent, and solution-oriented
Excellent German language skills
Confident in using digital tools, CRM systems, and modern communication channels
