Provide comprehensive administrative support to two leaders, including complex calendar management, prioritization, and scheduling across competing demands
Coordinate meetings, conferences, and presentations, including preparing agendas, materials, and logistics
Take and organize staff meeting notes, ensuring key updates, action items, and follow-ups are documented and tracked
Manage travel arrangements and detailed itineraries, ensuring smooth and efficient execution
Prepare, draft, and edit correspondence, reports, and other documentation
Collect and interpret data to produce reports and support team needs
Maintain strong organization across calendars, communications, documents, and team materials
Support special projects and ad hoc initiatives as assigned
Serve as a point of coordination to help ensure alignment across leader priorities and team activities
Utilize Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) to create and manage materials
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent
Typically five or more years of experience in administrative and support staff activities
Prior administrative experience supporting leaders, including calendar management and scheduling
Well-developed reading, writing, and mathematical skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks, projects, and deadlines simultaneously
Demonstrated administrative and clerical skills
Ability to identify and resolve exceptions and interpret data
Effective verbal and written communication skills, including strong grammar
Proficient computer navigation skills using a variety of software packages, including Microsoft Office
