Role Overview
- Identify the roles and responsibilities of the AIT in a Long-Term Facility
- Assist in analyzing the various operations within a nursing facility
- Act as a liaison between the nursing facility, residents, families and outside community
- Develop relationships with support teams to assist with meeting/exceeding goals
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from a four-year accredited college or university in Healthcare Administration or Business preferred
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Suite products
