Role Overview
- performing administrative services for Fairbanks and Juneau, AK locations
- set up jobs for the workshop
- prepare packets for supervisors
- enter, track and expedite all workshop work in process (WIP) orders
- answering customer requests and questions
- be the first point of contact for visitors to the facility
- support local management's administrative needs
- scheduling of meetings and arranging travel
Requirements
- 2 years’ related experience in office / inventory management systems
- High school degree or GED
- Demonstrated success being independently motivated
- Safety conscious
- Able to communicate professionally and effectively while maintaining a friendly disposition
