About this role
Role Overview
Investigate and resolve missing or failed payment queries.
Manage courier disputes, claims, and tracking escalations — liaising with SEKO, FedEx, and DHL as required.
Review, flag, and action suspected fraudulent orders within the same business day.
Handle chargebacks and payment disputes accurately and within SLA.
Resolve Amazon queries routed via Dixa within the 24-hour SLA window.
Maintain accurate records of all admin cases for audit purposes.
Support other CS teams with admin-heavy escalations requiring system access.
Requirements
A background or genuine interest in the beauty and skincare industry is highly desirable.
Strong attention to detail — accuracy is critical in this role.
Comfortable working with back-office systems (order management, payment platforms).
A methodical, investigative approach to problem-solving.
Previous experience in an admin, operations, or CS back-office role preferred.
Ability to prioritise effectively and manage multiple open cases simultaneously.
