The Data Analytics Consultant is primarily responsible with performing all of the necessary research related tasks to locate the next of kin of living and deceased dormant/lost policy owners and to actively update those results as necessary.
Access private data sources to conduct analysis
Perform project research using publicly available data sources
Properly performing research to determine who the Next of Kin are and their current whereabouts
Using appropriate judgment and discretion to determine what resources to use for each case
Finding patterns and trends in the analyzed data to improve efficiencies
Utilize SQL to reconcile updated information
Collaborate with project team to discuss findings and results
Requirements
0-2+ years of professional experience
Experience performing various forms of online research
Current knowledge of or ability to quickly learn data mining tools and techniques
Detail-oriented and a strict attention to detail
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and with minimal supervision
Introductory experience with database and spreadsheet software, such as SQL and Excel
Strong oral and written communication skills
