Support teams in Kaizen and continuous improvement exercises.
Support Value Stream Mapping, 5S and other operational excellence activities.
Compile, analyze and format data for routine use in decision making and performance management.
Build databases and digital tools to support operational excellence.
Support supply chain robustness and continuous improvement activities.
Review and analyze technical drawings and procedures.
Investigate material and equipment failures.
Identify and implement process improvements.
Must have ability to get gowned and access good manufacturing practices (GMP) area and be autonomous.

1-2 years in a similar role would be a plus.
Ability to read, write and hold sensitive conversations in English.
Strong Computer Skills and Proficiency in Microsoft Office and PowerBI is required.
Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
Self-starter capable of working in a high paced environment.
Enjoy hands-on work and interest in all things mechanical and automated.
Bachelor's Degree in STEM (science, technology, engineering, mathematics) / engineering (Preference is Chemical, Mechanical, Computer System, Electrical) or Operational Excellence.
Fluent English (written and verbal).
