Build, manage, and prioritize a pipeline of operators, aggregators, and platform partners across global markets.
Conduct high-impact commercial meetings and tailored product demos aligned with client business goals and KPIs.
Prepare commercial proposals and negotiate deal structures, including revenue share, licensing, turnkey, and hybrid agreements.
Lead RFP/RFI responses and support commercial due diligence processes to secure new partnerships.
Achieve revenue and acquisition targets through strategic account planning and outbound business development initiatives.
Work closely with onboarding and integration teams to ensure a smooth transition after contract signature.
Gather and communicate market insights, competitor intelligence, and lost-deal feedback to support sales strategy and product positioning.
Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to generate leads and develop strategic relationships.
Mentor and support junior sales team members involved in prospecting, demos, and commercial activities.
Requirements
Proven experience in B2B sales or business development within the iGaming industry.
Strong understanding of Live Casino, Slots, aggregation, or platform solutions.
Demonstrated success in closing enterprise-level deals with operators or strategic partners.
Experience managing complex commercial negotiations and long sales cycles.
Strong presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to build and manage a high-value sales pipeline independently.

Willingness to travel internationally for industry events and client meetings.
