Build strong business relationships with customers by providing professional, comprehensive, and high-quality responses to emails in a timely manner
Provide pricing and delivery support via email or phone
Enter orders, including EDI and CRM orders or through any other platform
Communicate with customers regarding discrepancies until a solution is found and the order is confirmed
Perform upselling to increase revenue and customer satisfaction
Provide order updates and follow-up
Maintain the pending orders report and propose alternatives
Verify inventory/proof of delivery
Keep the in-progress orders report up to date regarding concerns and delays that do not meet customer expectations
Report any market pricing concerns to the Pricing team and the Vice President of Sales Operations for further analysis
Assist promotion coordinators and collaborate with the Pricing team when necessary
Collaborate with colleagues to support customer initiatives
Train agents and customers on using the company website and other tools
Cover reception duties as needed
Visit customers to strengthen relationships
Negotiate pricing requests for D2D sales and provide recommendations when price adjustments are required
Organize regular meetings with external sales representatives to implement strategies defined for your customers

At least 3–4 years of experience in a customer service and/or inside sales role
A university degree in business management, commerce, or a related field
Excellent command of the MS Office suite and strong computer skills are required
Bilingualism is required: French and English, both spoken and written
Knowledge of lighting (an asset)
Experience with NetSuite and SAP (an asset)
