Wealth Advisory Regional Director – Orlando, Tampa

Role Overview

• Lead the strategic expansion of your region—identifying high‑value markets, elevating advisor talent, and strengthening client relationships
• Shape the next generation of wealth leaders by coaching advisors to drive net new AUM
• Review Advisor books of business for quality and resource management
• Recommend advisor compensation based on results and quality elements
• Expand capacity through strategic hiring and talent development
• Build a performance culture rooted in accountability
• Serve as the bridge between local market insights and national Wealth strategy
• Ensure regional execution is aligned, consistent, and future‑forward

Requirements

• 10 years of relevant financial services or wealth advisory experience required
• Demonstrated experience leading, coaching, and supervising financial professionals with AUM accountability
• Strong background in financial planning, investment management, and client advisory
• Bachelor’s degree required
• Combination of relevant experience, education, and training may be accepted in lieu of a degree
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
• Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) Series 7, 24, and 65 licenses required (or equivalent registrations)
• Certified Financial Planner™ (CFP®) designation preferred
