Role Overview
Provide adult psychiatric care in a hospital-based hybrid practice model
Provide psychiatric assessment, treatment planning, medication management, and ongoing follow-up for PHP patients
Deliver outpatient psychiatric care in a continuity-based clinic setting
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members across behavioral health settings
Support effective care transitions across levels of service, as clinically appropriate
Maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation
Contribute to high-quality, patient-centered psychiatric care delivery
Requirements
Doctor of Medicine, Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine or foreign equivalent from an approved school of medicine
Completion of an Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education (ACGME) or American Osteopathic Association (AOA) accredited Residency training program in Psychiatry or foreign equivalency training

MN Board of Medical Practice required board certified in Psychiatry within two years of hire
