Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree with a concentration in business, accounting, finance, banking or equivalent financial services experience and related training
- Minimum of ten years of experience working in the financial services industry
- Ability to lead, manage and influence multiple complex projects and objectives simultaneously
- Proven ability to act as liaison between business, product, operational, and technical groups
- Strong problem solving, analytical, and conceptual thinking skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to convey complex materials to executive levels
- Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills
- Ability to manage diverse, high-performing teams
