Service Sales Analytics and Solutions Specialist

Role Overview

• Own end-to-end service sales analytics, reporting, and insight generation
• Leverage SAP, SAP C4C, FN600, BMI, and related systems to analyze service performance and customer trends
• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and advanced Excel models
• Implement and utilize AI-enabled tools to automate reporting and data preparation
• Execute complex quoting and solution design including system upgrades and non-standard requests
• Support contract documentation, renewals, amendments, and retention initiatives
• Investigate billing discrepancies and recommend corrective actions

Requirements

• Minimum 6 years of directly related experience in service sales, sales support, sales operations, analytics, or a related role
• Expert-level Excel skills
• Strong working knowledge of SAP, SAP C4C, FN600, BMI, and Power BI
• Experience supporting or executing complex service, upgrade, or solution-based quoting
• Proven ability to apply data analytics and AI-enabled tools to commercial and operational challenges
• Strong analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
