Mid-level Marketing Analyst, Events

Role Overview

• Support the planning and execution of corporate events (in-person and customized experiences);
• Support the development of schedules, vendors, logistics and budgets;
• Act as the interface with internal teams, partners and sponsors;
• Support operations during events with strong problem-solving skills;
• Monitor performance indicators (attendance, engagement, NPS);
• Prepare post-event reports and result analyses.

Requirements

• Previous experience organizing corporate events;
• Experience managing vendors and event production;
• Strong planning skills and ability to manage multiple projects;
• Hands-on, organized and detail-oriented;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Nice to have

• Experience with B2B events and executive-level audiences;
• Experience with sponsored events and tailored/customized projects.
