Role Overview

• Achieve the business objectives of the Practice with a sales target
• Serve as the Engagement leader for simultaneous engagements to ensure high levels of quality, client satisfaction, and employee satisfaction
• Become personally involved in engagements where necessary to mitigate risk
• Lead and manage multiple engagement teams providing organizational leadership, mentoring, and career development and coaching
