Associate Director – Relationship Manager, Project Finance and Infrastructure

Role Overview

• Support originating and executing transactions within the project finance and infrastructure segment
• Lead the execution of project finance transactions across the capital stack
• Assist in undertaking technical and legal / structuring due diligence
• Conduct research along with other senior professionals in the group
• Provide assistance in the on-going management of booked assets
• Assist in prospecting new clients and creating marketing materials

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or additional 4 years of experience
• 5+ years experience in project finance and infrastructure
• Experience building and working in financial models
