Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ship scalable improvements.
Drive initiatives that make it faster and easier for users to launch their first meaningful automation.
Lead efforts to make workflows a sticky product that users return to regularly.

8+ years of Product Management experience ideally in SaaS or automation platforms
Proven track record of shipping complex, user-facing features in a fast-paced environment
Proven experience owning large-scale, customer-facing product platforms
Experience working on workflow automation tools or CRM platforms is a plus
Understanding of automation tools and workflow best practices to enhance user experience.
Ability to deeply understand user problems, spot friction in product flows, and make thoughtful trade-offs between power and simplicity.
Strong analytical mindset to interpret user behavior, identify pain points, and optimize workflow functionalities.
