Role Overview
- Drive the multi-year strategic roadmap for business transformation domain
- Serve as an expert in re-engineering conventional business processes
- Translate business objectives into detailed solution specifications
- Directly own and drive the execution of strategic initiatives
- Act as portfolio leader for cross-functional decisions
- Monitor external marketplace for emerging capabilities
- Partner with Finance to track value realization metrics
- Manage the health of assigned business capabilities
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience
- Six or more years of relevant experience required
- Experience in Business Transformation, Strategic Planning, or a related field
- Master’s degree (even better)
- MBA a plus
- Marketing, Media, or Agency Experience (strongly preferred)
- Deep understanding of workflows and challenges in high-end creative production
- Advanced change management capabilities
- Proven track record of navigating organizational resistance
- Product strategy and agile proficiency
- Experience as a Product Manager in MarTech environment
- Expertise in transformation methodologies
- Advanced financial and analytical literacy
- Systems thinking and collaborative orchestration mindset
