About this role
Role Overview
Define and execute the corporate brand marketing strategy to increase awareness, preference, and credibility globally.
Lead integrated, multi‑channel brand campaigns across paid, earned, and owned media.
Strengthen TD SYNNEX’s external presence through industry engagement, partnerships, and sponsorships.
Track and optimize brand health metrics, including awareness, perception, and share of voice.
Own the global content strategy supporting brand and demand objectives.
Scale high‑impact content programs including thought leadership, customer stories, and executive narratives.
Oversee corporate web, blog, and social storytelling to ensure clarity, consistency, and engagement.
Use performance insights to continuously optimize content reach and impact.
Lead paid media strategy to amplify corporate campaigns across digital, social, and targeted B2B channels.
Optimize media investment to maximize ROI and brand reach.
Partner with regional teams to guide local activation and execution.
Enable Regional CMOs with campaign frameworks, toolkits, and “campaign‑in‑a‑box” programs.
Establish governance models that balance global brand consistency with regional flexibility.
Partner across global digital platforms to ensure seamless execution within the DXP/CMS ecosystem.
Lead and develop a high‑performing global team and agency partners.
Influence across a complex, matrixed organization without direct authority.
Serve as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders and cross‑functional leaders.
Requirements
10–15+ years of progressive leadership in global brand marketing, marketing communications, or corporate marketing.
Proven success building brand awareness in B2B, technology, or complex channel‑driven environments.
Demonstrated experience leading integrated campaigns and paid media strategies.
Strong track record scaling content programs with measurable business impact.
Experience leading lean teams and managing external agencies in matrixed organizations.
