Guarantee the organization and coordination of financial, administrative, planning activities, according to Company standard policies and procedures
Ensure a regular reporting system towards the referring manager, the Corporate and the respective Local Business Controller, in line with national and international requirements and standards
Manage the tax aspect for the company, according to Company guidelines and national and international standards
Develop and proposal of systems and local procedures in order to protect company wealth and improve financial issues management
Ensure support to the management in the decision-making processes, through continuous financial information reporting
Ensure preparation of company balance sheets and defined reports, ensuring compliance with the administrative fulfillment
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related discipline
Minimum 10 years of experience in Finance functions, with exposure to controlling, planning, and corporate reporting in a multinational environment
CPD (Continuing Professional Development) compliance in accordance with professional accounting and finance standards is strongly desirable
CPA (Certified Public Accountant) or equivalent professional certification is highly preferred
Proven experience in Financial Controlling activities, including cost control, variance analysis, and performance monitoring
Strong knowledge of financial administration, management, and fiscal matters, in compliance with national and international regulations
