Identify and competently manage relevant external stakeholders, speakers and medical-scientific centers
Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with external stakeholders through peer-level scientific exchange
Actively collaborate with scientific societies and relevant external partners in the oncology environment
Analyze and identify relevant network structures and actively gather medical-scientific insights and developments
Design, organize and implement regional and cross-regional scientific training and education events
Attend international, national and regional congresses, symposia and scientific meetings
Support and accompany internal and external study/research projects
Create, prepare and continuously develop scientific presentation materials
Support internal continuing education programs, field-force trainings and workshops
Work closely across functions with internal stakeholders, particularly Medical Affairs, Sales, Diagnostics, Clinical Operations and Marketing
Apply professional project management and actively contribute in cross-functional teams
Ensure careful documentation, confident use of IT systems and openness to new technological applications, including AI-assisted solutions
Requirements
Degree in a natural science, a completed medical degree or an equivalent qualification
Strong medical and scientific competence
Ideally experience in oncology; experience in gynecologic tumors and/or breast cancer is desirable but not required
Ability to quickly and independently get up to speed on new indications and topics
Experience in field-based roles; ideally experience in medical-scientific field roles within the pharmaceutical environment
Experience in driving projects and working in cross-functional teams is desirable
Strong team orientation and personal flexibility in the role
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to think strategically and implement medical strategies
Strong intrinsic motivation to learn and to implement innovative ideas
High willingness to travel
Good command of English
