Role Overview
You are the architect of the global customer vision
Provide a clear, coherent direction for the digital experience
Unite stakeholders around a shared strategy
Build a strong bridge between business objectives and Product & Tech roadmaps
Support and grow a team of 8 Business Owners
Ensure seamless omnichannel journeys and anticipate evolving digital usage
Requirements
10 years’ experience in online CX strategies at a major player (pure‑play or international omni‑channel retailer)
Proven experience in an international environment
Experience in a strategic consulting firm is a plus
Strong command of the digital ecosystem
Languages: Fluent English (essential for daily interactions with our markets)
