About this role

Part of Tech@Lilly MQ, driving manufacturing operational excellence and productivity efforts
Play a crucial role in delivering the Manufacturing Execution Systems through common Syncade modules
Ensure MES architecture aligns with the organisation’s strategic objectives and requirements
Establish and maintain the direction for Syncade Solution Architecture
Monitor solution delivery projects for compliance with reference architecture
Collaborate with Cybersecurity teams to introduce operating principles for MQ IDS MES systems
Acts as interface between IT and Business Partners on large projects and programs
Keep relationships with other large Pharma companies to ensure competitive alignment

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field
Minimum 10 years of experience in MES
Experience with distributed S95 Level 3 solutions, commercial configurable software (COTS) suppliers, and business intelligence
Technical experience including infrastructure, interfaces and configuration capabilities
Experience in Pharma and GMP Manufacturing
