- Maintain accurate records and ensure work aligns with required standards and processes
- Assist with reporting and administrative tasks, keeping documentation well organised
- Support audits, submissions, and ongoing process improvements
Requirements
- Experience working in a BPO, medical insurance, or a related organisation, ideally within healthcare or pharmaceuticals
- Experience as a virtual assistant would be helpful
- A degree
- This role does not require a scientific or medical background.
