Define and clearly articulate the long-term vision, strategy, and roadmap for key product areas within the customer care platform.
Serve as the primary product owner, collaborating closely with business leaders, Customer Excellence, and Engineering teams to prioritize features and technical debt.
Conduct in-depth analysis of user needs, business requirements, market trends, and competitive landscape to inform product decisions and identify new opportunities.
Write detailed Product Requirement Documents (PRDs), user stories, and acceptance criteria.
Lead the full product lifecycle from ideation through development, launch, and iteration, working within an agile framework.
Coordinate go-to-market strategies, release communications, and internal training (working with CE Operations teams) to drive successful product adoption.
Define and maintain the platform's configuration standards and usage policies, ensuring scalability and consistency across the Sprinklr environment.
Define, track, and analyze key product success metrics to measure impact and inform future prioritization.
Collaborate with the Engineering and Architecture teams to make informed trade-offs between technical complexity, design, and time-to-market.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
5+ years of experience in Product Management, with a minimum of 3+ years focused on B2B SaaS platforms or enterprise software.
Prior experience with Sprinklr or a similar enterprise CX/CRM platform is highly preferred.
Experience defining product development for customer care or contact center technologies is a plus.
Demonstrated ability to develop and execute a compelling product strategy and roadmap.
Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and data-driven decision-making skills.
Proven ability to lead, influence, and communicate effectively across technical, business, and executive stakeholders.
Deep familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and development tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Asana).
