Completing three rotations across core Marketing areas
Working with local and Nordic leadership on optimizing current ways of working
Driving and contributing to strategic marketing projects
Supporting brand plan development and analyzing market insights
Collaborating closely with Nordic commercial teams to ensure effective initiative execution

Recent graduate with a Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Economics or a related field
Strong interest in business management and the FMCG industry, supported by relevant student or internship experience
Results-driven, analytical, and creative problem-solver with a proactive mindset
Strong communication skills
Structured working style
Ability to collaborate effectively with others
Fluency in English & proficiency in one of the Nordic languages is a plus.
